Wow, it´s good to see I´m not the only Alan Rickman fanatic out there. Every movie I´ve seen with you in it has been perfection. Your poetic voice always sends shivers down my spine. You have gone far and become the reason many people watch the Harry Potter movies. I hope to continue to see you in many more movies to come.

Although I doubt you´ll ever see this, I must write it to you to give myself some stabilization. I absolutely adore you. I can see that this is completely over-run with screaming fan girls who´re in their teens, so I may as well staple my name to the list. I´m eighteen (finally legal *wink*) and I know little of the world, but what I do know, is that you simply amaze me. You´re acting is superb, you´re looks are delicious, and your voice alone could tame the savage beast! alan if u ever read this which i doubt u will i am ur biggest fan. i fell in love with snape and since then have fell in love with ur other roles. ur sexy, smart, funny and u can tyake any role and turn it into ur own and ur not afraid to play the bad guy once in a while. as to that someone who said that alan was dickless ur wrong it was his charactor in dogma. he was a eunich

If you ever actually read this, I want you to know that you are in my thoughts every day whatever i do. I´m 17 and go to highschool. I even think of you during the classes.
I can ´t imagine anyone else in Snape´s role but you. I just saw Love Actually and that was oh-so-sweet... I really hope I´ll be seeing you in other films too in the future! I hope you know how talented actor you are.
I also hope you will after this atleast know that I exist..
I don´t live in Englnad so I dont have a chance to ever see you in person but that´s what dreams are for. I love you.

I´m sure the fame thing has a lot to do with his appeal. After all, a man as attractive as Rickman is, well, he just needs to share it with us ordinary mortals, doesn´t he? And he´s quite talented, in any case; he can carry off the Greasy Git and the Sheriff of Nottingham just as well as he can Colonel Brandon (my favorite of his roles).
I was disappointed that Alan and Emma Thompson were not among the actors being interviewed on the "Head to Shrunken Head" part of the PoA DVD. It´s a hoot to watch him work in the Harry movies -- he´s so into being Snape, it looks like he´s having a lot fun.
Has he been a guest on "Inside the Actors´ Studio" yet? I´d give real money to be in the room that day.
