I think Frank Sinatra said it best. The Rat Pack was playing cards, and Marilyn came in the room naked and ready for action. Frank looked at her and said "Get your fat ass out of here." Hahaha that would have been a sight to see. If they brought her back from the dead, I´d kill her again if it would bring Sinatra back.

why would marilyn monroe be a girl´s role model? She posed nude, did drugs, used sex to fuel her career, and she (supposedly) committed suicide. Beautiful, yes. But role model?

I think that Marilyn Monroe was the strongest woman of her time. I have so much respect for her; for all the terrible things she went through. Face it ladies and gentlemen, everyone does have their story. I think everyone great mysteriously dies. She will always be remembered.... not for beauty and talent alone.... but for her courage to go through and read all the horrible things about herself. And she still seems to smile.
