This past Friday, June 25th I went to the First Anual Gala event for the Museum of Utah Arts and History. Diane Keaton was the Guest of Honor. I paid a pretty penny to go to a Vip event before a dinner and reception. I got to shake her hand. I told her I was a big fan of her´s and couldn´t believe she was in Utah. How often is it that she would be in Utah. She looked absolutely fabulous. Although I was surprised, because she didn´t have gloves on. Back at the dinner/reception the Governor of Utah presented Diane with an award for her career as an actress and collector of art. She was in the outfit from the AFI event honoring Meryl streep if anyone saw it. Her favorite painter is Maynard Dixon. She was taken to BYU where an exhibit of his paintings is on display. She was given a painting although they didn´t show which one. She was also presented with abt. 400 pages of geneology tracing the Keaton and Hall lines back to the 1600´s. At the end of the presentation she spoke and was given a standing ovation. This was a dream come true for me.

You are the best actress in the world. Your movies are outstanding and I have never seen a better movie than Somethings Gotta Give. Well I just wanted to tell you that I love your work. Diane you are the best actress on this earth, you are so outstanding..... well words can´t describe what you are, you are so much better than words. You are the greatest, I love your work, your movies blow me away, you are the best, and Happy Birthday.....
