Christopher Ashton Kutcher (born February 7, 1978) is an American actor and model born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Kutcher began his career as a model and later moved to television. He was discovered in a bar in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A month before he was discovered, he had planned to move to Hollywood, but was asked to go back to college by his mother. Kutcher achieved stardom on the Fox television series That '70s Show and has gone on to star in his own MTV hidden camera show Punk'd.
Kutcher has starred in the films Dude, Where's My Car? (2000) and more recently Just Married (2003).
He is currently involved with actress Demi Moore; their age difference (Moore is 15 years older) has been a frequent subject of gossip in popular magazines. They are scheduled to wed in June 2004.
