Did I reverse the order of those movies? Suddenly it seems to me like I saw Bedknobs long before I ever saw Mrs. Arris... anyway as I said, I am not a fan type of person, but I do admire Lansbury very much.
I´ve never been a "fan" type but Angela Lansbury is the one exception. I grew up watching old movies with my grandmother, and my favourite was Mrs. ´Arris Goes To Paris. When we got a VHS machine and my parents bought me Bedknobs and Broomsticks, my admiration was cemented. She is the perfect combination of humor, elegance and ladylike character. My grandmother was a mystery lover, so we ended up developing a tradition of watching Murder She Wrote together every week when I got a bit older. Lansbury is wonderful actress and a part of my growing-up.
And I just want to say Hello to Angela.I´m a big fan of yours.
I love Angela Lansbury and her character Jessica Fletcher. In Italy the series Murder she wrote is being broadcast everyday from Monday to Friday and it´s not the first time I´ve been following it.I have watched it since my childhood.I love it.And
I have been watching your show since i was a kid. First bedknobs and broomsticks, then i saw you in the portrait of dorian grey and murder she wrote....... plus sometimes i ll turn on a movie or tv show and catch an appearance.. just wanted to say that you have made some great movies and of course murder she wrote is awesome. so thanks for the great performances... especially bedknobs and broomsticks and the portrait of dorian grey!
