An inspiring and magnificent performance by Brian Dennehy in Millers Death of a Salesman at the Lyric in
London` West End this week.A virtuoso rendering which was emotionally drawing not only for the audience but also it appeare for BD supported superbly by the other actors. A movie to commemorate this would be outstanding for posterity along with that other movie The Stomach of an Architect ....7 July 2005
Je suis une admiratrice de Mr Dennehy depuis 18 ans, je le trouve formidable. Il sait interprèter tous les rôles, avec tendresse, sympathie, droiture, dureté, cynisme...Son jeu est toujours juste de plus, il est extrèmement expressif. Je pense que ce Monsieur est un des meilleurs acteurs de sa génération et qu´il aurait mérité que l´on reconnaisse ses talents plus tôt !!!
Mr Dennehy is one of the BEST actors around. He can take a part and make it his own. He becomes the character. He can make you laugh, cry, and mad as hell all in the same role. If I were an actor , He would be my mentor!
Thank him for all of the great movies! It doesn´t matter if they were big budget blockbusters or made for TV, They all are a tribute and proof of the gift he has as one of the BEST.
